Student Involvement Fairs

The Student Involvement Fair (SIF) is a great place to find a way to be involved that meets your needs and interests. There are two annual Student Involvement Fairs, each hosted by the Student Organization Success Coaches.

Autumn Student Involvement Fair - To Be Announced Fall 2022

Held during the first week of the Autumn Semester during Welcome Week, hundreds of Ohio State student organizations, campus departments, and local non-profits connect to share information about their opportunities for involvement. This is the first opportunity of the school year to chat with organization members and start thinking about how you will be involved outside of class.

Spring Student Involvement Fair - VIRTUAL-ONLY EVENT January 20, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. on CampusGroups

In light of recent updates regarding COVID-19, there will no longer be in-person components to the Spring 2022 Student Involvement Fair. 


From Monday, January 17-Monday, January 31, visit the online fair at to view and interact with ALL participating organizations.

The online fair platform through CampusGroups will offer the opportunity to connect with all participating organizations, non-profits, and university departments. Attendees will be able to view and communicate with all groups in the online fair.

The Spring Student Involvement Fair takes place each year January, giving new and returning students an opportunity to explore more options for their involvement. Smaller and more intimate than the Student Involvement Fair held during the Fall Semester's Welcome Week, the Spring Student Involvement Fair gives students a perfect chance to meet people and learn about the great things Ohio State's student organizations are doing.

Booth Registration

Student attendees DO NOT need to register for the event; Only organizations requesting booths need to formally register.

This spring, there will be virtual components to the fair. Student organizations who participate in the fair will be provided a virtual booth.
Further details about the fair such as access to the virtual platform, expectations for engagement, and assistance with preparation for the event will be sent directly to participating organizations. It is a requirement that all participating organizations be in Active or Pending status at the time of the fair. Inactive organizations will not be eligible.
