Student Involvement Fairs
The Student Involvement Fair (SIF) is a great place to find a way to be involved that meets your needs and interests. There are two annual Student Involvement Fairs.
Autumn Student Involvement Fair: August 23, 2020 from 4-7 p.m.
Although the live Fair event takes place from 4-7 p.m., the booth displays and features will be available to navigate through the end of Welcome Week.

Held during the first week of the Autumn Semester during Welcome Week, hundreds of Ohio State student organizations, campus departments, and local non-profits gather on the Oval and South Oval to share information about their opportunities for involvement. This is the first opportunity of the school year to chat with organization members and start thinking about how you will be involved outside of class.
Spring Student Involvement Fair 2021
The Spring Student Involvement Fair takes place each year January, giving new and returning students an opportunity to explore more options for their involvement. Smaller and more intimate than the Student Involvement Fair held during Welcome Week, the Spring Student Involvement Fair gives students a perfect chance to meet people and learn about the great things Ohio State's student organizations are doing.
The Spring Student Involvement Fair will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 4-7 p.m.
Check back here later in the fall semester for information on how to register for a booth and participate in the fair.
This year, the Autumn Student Involvement Fair will transition to a virtual event on Sunday, August 23, from 4-7 p.m. The virtual event will give student organizations and students the opportunity to connect, chat live, and be matched based on interest.
Student Organizations: The registration deadline was July 19. If you have not registered, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waitlist.
- Graduate and Professional Student Organizations: The Grad/Prof Involvement and Resource Fair, which is held at the same time as the Student Involvement Fair, is currently accepting registrations. Register here, preferrably by August 5. Contact Kerry Hodak with questions.
University Department Registration: If you were not able to register by the July 19 deadline and would like to be considered for a virtual booth, please email our team at email@example.com.
Local Non-Profit Organizations are not able to register due to limitations with the virtual setting of the event this year. OSU credentials are required to participate.
