SIF University Department Registration Form

This registration form is for campus departments.

If you are a student organization wanting to register for the Fair, please return to the Student Involvement Fair page and complete the correct form, if still available.

For University Departments, please fill out the below form prior to the registration closure on July 1, 2024 Please be advised that space will fill on a first come, first served basis and there are a limited number of spots for the fair. Registering does not guarantee you a space at the Fair. Placements will be made after registration closes and communication will come from our team closer to the end of summer. The Fall 2024 Student Involvement Fair will take place on August 18. Please reach out if you are no longer planning on attending the Fair. If you have any additional questions regarding the Fair, please reach out to sifair@osu.edu.

Tables/booths are limited to one table per department/entity due to space availability.
