The Resource Room is available to all Ohio State students and student organizations. Located within the Keith B. Key Center on the second floor of the Ohio Union, at the Resource Room students can print, copy, create posters, purchase balloons, make buttons and more!
Hours of Operation
Fall 2023
- Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Winter Break Hours
The KBK Center will be open 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on the following dates:
- December 14, 15
- January 2, 3, 4, 5
The KBK Center will be closed from December 16, 2023 - January 1, 2024, as well as Saturday, January 6. Spring Semester Schedule resumes on January 7.
Spring 2024
Spring 2024 hours of operation begin on Sunday, January 7, 2024:
- Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Break Hours
We observe break hours over, winter break, spring break, summer term, and on holiday observances. Operational hours may be slightly adjusted leading into observed breaks, and will be advertised as needed. Summer 2024 Hours will be released in mid-spring.

Accessing Resources
Student Organization Users
Active student organizations are allocated a line-of-credit worth $250 annually to be used in the Resource Room. The line-of-credit resets when an organization's status is updated from Pending to Active during the annual registration window. Any organization member listed on the roster may spend against the line-of-credit.
Resuming in autumn semester, the Resource Room will check-out board games, bullhorns, cashboxes, popcorn machine, snocone machine and other equipment.
Student Users
Students not involved in a student organization may use the services provided by the Resource Room at their own cost. The Resource Room accepts credit card and Buck ID for payment. We do not accept cash.

As item availability permits, student organizations may also use butcher paper, markers, Ellison letter cut-outs, sidewalk chalk, office supplies, paint supplies and faxing/scanning machines. There is no cost to use these items.
Paying through Workday?
Ohio State departments may pay for services via Workday. To assist in the processing of your request please email Cassie Smith at smith.10128@osu.edu for an invoice.

Have Your Organization's Mail Sent to the Resource Room
Student organizations may use the Resource Room address for their mail. This includes bank statements, EIN registration forms, and other organization correspondence. When your mail arrives, our team will email the Primary Leader to pick up. We can also re-mail your items if you prefer. Use this address:
"Student Organization Name" (for ease of pick-up, please use the name as listed in the online directory)
