The Resource Room is available to all Ohio State students and student organizations. Located within the Keith B. Key Center on the second floor of the Ohio Union, at the Resource Room students can print, copy, create posters, purchase balloons, make buttons and more!
Hours of Operation
The Resource Room will have reduced hours during summer, from Saturday, May 1 through Sunday, August 15.
- Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday closed
To help prepare for the start of autumn semester, the Resource Room will have adjusted hours for the week of August 9-15.

Autumn Semester 2021
Regular hours of operation will resume Monday, August 16.

Student Organization Users
Active student organizations are allocated a line-of-credit worth $250 annually to be used in the Resource Room. The line-of-credit resets when an organization's status is updated from Pending to Active during the annual registration window. Any organization member listed on the roster may spend against the line-of-credit.
Resuming in autumn semester, the Resource Room will check-out board games, bullhorns, cashboxes, popcorn machine, snocone machine and other equipment.
Students not involved in a student organization may use the services provided by the Resource Room at their own cost. The Resource Room accepts credit card and Buck ID for payment. We do not accept cash.

As item availability permits, student organizations may also use butcher paper, markers, Ellison letter cut-outs, sidewalk chalk, office supplies, paint supplies and faxing/scanning machines. There is no cost to use these items.
Paying through Workday?
Ohio State departments may pay for services via Workday. To assist in the processing of your request please email email@example.com for an invoice.
Online Order Form
To reduce in-person traffic in the Resource Room, student organizations may submit online orders for printing and posters. We are unable to produce buttons, however you can order prints of your button image and then produce the buttons in-person yourself. Use these button templates to submit your order: 1-inch button template, 2.25-inch button template or 3-inch button template.
Only Active and Pending student organizations may submit online orders. Payment for online orders must be made via your Resource Room line-of-credit. Additional items, not listed on the online order form, may be ordered by calling the Resource Room at 614-292-8763.
The online order form for autumn semester 2021 will open on Monday, August 2.
Have Your Organization's Mail Sent to the Resource Room
Student organizations may use the Resource Room address for their mail. This includes bank statements, EIN registration forms, and other organization correspondence. When your mail arrives, our team will email the Primary Leader to pick up. We can also re-mail your items if you prefer. Use this address:
