Student Organization Management System
The Resource Room is available to all Ohio State students and student organizations. Located within the Keith B. Key Center on the second floor of the Ohio Union, at the Resource Room students can print, copy, create posters, purchase balloons, make buttons and more!

Who Can Use the Resource Room?
Student Organizations
Active student organizations are allocated a line-of-credit worth $250 annually to be used in the Resource Room. The line-of-credit resets when an organization's status is updated from Pending to Active during the annual registration window. Any organization member listed on the roster may spend against the line-of-credit.
The Resource Room has board games, popcorn machine, snocone machine and other equipment for rental for student organizations.
Students and Public Guests
Any individual may use the Resource Room. Those not visiting on behalf of a student organization may use the services provided by the Resource Room at their own cost. The Resource Room accepts credit card and Buck ID for payment. We do not accept cash.
Departments
Ohio State departments may pay for services via Workday. To process your request, email Brooke Olson at olson.276@osu.edu with the itended item(s) for purchase so an invoice can be created. Please note: payments must be processing in Workday prior to picking up your materials.
Student Organization Mail Services
Student organizations may use the Resource Room address for their mailing address. This includes bank statements, EIN registration forms, and other organization correspondence. When your mail arrives, our team will email the Primary Leader to pick it up. Please note: until you receive a notification from us via email, we have not received your mail. Use this address:

Important: The Resource Room can only accept mail and packages for student organizations. Mail at the Resource Room is NOT intended for individual use and under no circumstances can mail be sent from the Resource Room. Those wishing to send outgoing mail must utilize a post office or other distribution service. USPS has a campus location at 234 W. 18th Ave., Columbus, OH, 43210. Stamps are not sold at the Resource Room.
Prep Your Projects in Advance
- Use these button templates to prepare your project in advance: 1-inch button template, 2.25-inch button template or 3-inch button template.
- Request balloons for your upcoming event by calling or walking up to the desk to make an order.
- Annually, users can submit an online print request before the Fall Involvement Fair using the form below.
