KBK Tenant Application
Student Organization Office and Locker Tenant Application
The Ohio Union and Student Activities Office strives to provide resources and space for student organizations to be successful. The Ohio Union offers dedicated office space and storage lockers in the Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service (KBK) for student organizations to conduct activities and store essential equipment. Organizations (including new ones) must complete registration by April 15 to be considered for a locker or office space. Organizations who registered in the fall semester and are already active must maintain their active status.
The application for the 2025-2026 academic year has closed.
At this time, the KBK Coordinator and the Student Organization team are in the final stages of the tenant assignment process and have decided to extend the timeline for releasing tenant assignments to mid-May. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your continued patience.
As organizations await confirmation regarding office or locker space, please ensure all required tasks for your organization to be considered Active, as outlined per your selected registration window, have been completed.
The selection committee will evaluate applications based on the following criteria:
The Student Organization applicant...
- Has a thriving and expanding membership.
- Maintains a strong and active program schedule.
- Showcases effective leadership and communication practices.
- Demonstrates active membership engagement.
- Has faced and overcome challenges.
- Committed to building connections with the campus community.
- Seeks additional growth opportunities.
- Has a history of tenancy on campus.
