Student Organization Office and Locker Tenant Application
The Ohio Union and Student Activities Office strives to provide resources and space for student organizations to be successful. The Ohio Union offers dedicated office space and storage lockers in the Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service (KBK) for student organizations to conduct activities and store essential equipment. Organizations (including new ones) must complete registration by April 15 to be considered for a locker or office space. Organizations who registered in the fall semester and are already active must maintain their active status.
The application for the 2025-2026 academic year has closed. Applicants will be notified of their tenant status by mid-April. Application information for the 2026-2027 year will be made available during the spring semester of 2026.
The selection committee will evaluate applications based on the following criteria:

- Has a history of tenancy on campus.
