Resource Room Online Order Form

To support the needs of the student organization community in preparation for the Student Involvement Fair, we will be accepting online requests for standard printing.

For Autumn semester 2025, online orders will be accepted from July 28, 2025 through August 18, 2025.

Before submitting a request, please review the following:

  • All submissions are FINAL. The Resource Room will not accept any emails or requests to alter the submission. Please fill out all fields accurately prior to submitting. We will do our best to notify requestors in the event of issues based on team capacity. 
  • Submissions must be in PDF format.
  • Only one PDF may be uploaded per submission. Please submit a separate form for each item you would like to order.
  • Student organization line-of-credit is the only acceptable payment. There will be no refunds and your line-of-credit will be charged when the order is produced.
    • If the line-of-credit is insufficient for payment, the order will not be completed and Resource Room staff will notify you directly.
  • Any member on your organization’s roster may pick up items on behalf of your organization by showing their BuckID.
  • Organizations may request up to the below maximums using the online order:
    • 150 total prints (8.5 X 11) total (regular or cardstock printing)
    • 150 total prints (11 X 17) total (regular or cardstock printing)
    • Those wishing to exceed these totals can utilize our walk-in printing services with additional daily maximums applied. Online orders will automatically be reduced to the maximum if the request exceeds 150.
  • Tip: Consider shrinking the size of your content to fit multiple copies on one page. Example: 150 pages with two side-by-side copies of your flyer can become 300 total flyers. We have paper cutters in the Resource Room.
  • For items not included on the form - buttons, balloons, lamination, binding, trifold boards, posterboard, Post-It pads, and others - please call the Resource Room at 614-292-8763 or come in-person to inquire about inventory. While these items are available for purchase, only standard printing services are available via online order.
    • Buttons require self-assembly, as our staff do not have the capacity to create them for you. We encourage organizations to have button pages printed in advance via the order form to expedite your assembly process.
  • Items need to be picked up before the conclusion of the Autumn Involvement Fair on August 24. Items left behind will be recycled.

Don’t forget! Attend Prep Week programming the week leading up to the Student Involvement Fair (August 16th–24th) to access supplies in the Resource Room and take advantage of dedicated space to build your organization’s display.
