2026 Graduate and Professional Student Involvement and Resource Fair

Held during the first week of the Autumn Semester, also known as Welcome Week, The Graduate and Professional Student Involvement and Resource Fair is an annual program designed to connect all graduate and professional students with information and opportunities for involvement, campus services, and core resources. Dozens of student organizations, campus departments, and other partners gather to share information and answer questions about anything and everything that might be relevant to graduate and professional student education, life, and more at Ohio State. This is a drop-in event that is also partnered with the Graduate and Professional Student Picnic. All attending will have the chance to mingle with various booths, eat delicious food, and participate in activities during throughout the event.
Please note that this event is NOT the same event as the Student Involvement Fair, which is the campus-wide event showcasing more than 800 booths on Sunday, August 23rd from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on the Oval/South Oval. The Graduate and Professional Fair is a separate program with booths and activities curated specifically for graduate and professional students.

Tabling registration is now open for those interested in tabling and outreach at the annual Graduate and Professional Involvement and Resource Fair. This event is a great and timely opportunity to showcase your organization, services, opportunities, and more to the graduate and professional student population at Ohio State.

Registered student organizations, campus departments/services, and (invited) local community partners are eligible to table at the event. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, August 5 at 11:59 p.m.
