SIF University Department Registration Form

This registration form is for campus departments.

If you are a student organization wanting to register for the Fair, please complete the student organization registration.

Fill out the below form prior to the registration closure. Please be advised that space will fill on a first come, first served basis and there are a limited number of spots for the fair. Registering does not guarantee you a space at the fair. Placements will be made after registration closes and communication will come from our team closer to the event. Please reach out if you are no longer planning on attending the fair. If you have any additional questions regarding the event, please reach out to sifair@osu.edu.

The department sign-up form has some additional questions this year that ask for information that you would want to have shared with event attendees about your department so they can follow up and find more information.
