The Resource Room is available to all Ohio State students and student organizations. Located within the Keith B. Key Center on the second floor of the Ohio Union, at the Resource Room students can print, copy, create posters, purchase balloons, make buttons and more!
Accessing Resources
Student Organization Users
Active student organizations are allocated a line-of-credit worth $250 annually to be used in the Resource Room. The line-of-credit resets when an organization's status is updated from Pending to Active during the annual registration window. Any organization member listed on the roster may spend against the line-of-credit.
The Resource Room has board games, bullhorns, cashboxes, popcorn machine, snocone machine and other equipment for rental for student organizations.
Student Users
Students not involved in a student organization may use the services provided by the Resource Room at their own cost. The Resource Room accepts credit card and Buck ID for payment. We do not accept cash.

As item availability permits, student organizations may also use butcher paper, markers, Ellison letter cut-outs, sidewalk chalk, office supplies, paint supplies and faxing/scanning machines. There is no cost to use these items.
Departments can Pay through Workday
Ohio State departments may pay for services via Workday. To process your request, email Cassie Smith at smith.10128@osu.edu with the itended item(s) for purchase so an invoice can be created. Please note: payments must be processing in Workday prior to picking up your materials.
Have Your Organization's Mail Sent to the Resource Room
Student organizations may use the Resource Room address for their mail. This includes bank statements, EIN registration forms, and other organization correspondence. When your mail arrives, our team will email the Primary Leader to pick up. Please note: until you receive a notification from us via email, we have not received your mail. Use this address:

Prep Your Projects in Advance
- Use these button templates to prepare your project in advance: 1-inch button template, 2.25-inch button template or 3-inch button template.
- Request balloons for your upcoming event. We will soon make our form available to print ahead of time to submit to the Resource Room for your event balloonary needs.
