There are over 1,400 student organizations at Ohio State. Use the search tools below to get involved, initiate collaboration, or attend programs hosted by our various student organizations. Contact information for each organization is listed in their online record. Use the "advanced search" tools to focus your search even more and find an organization that's right for you!

Please consult this list of Organizations Suspended by the University as of Spring 2020. Some suspended organizations continue to operate despite the action taken by the university. We encourage you to review an organization’s status before becoming involved with it, especially because sometimes an organization’s status is revoked due to serious concerns like hazing and other behavior that risks your health and safety.

During spring semester 2020, many student organizations will be operating virtually while others may suspend their operations. Please use the search features below to find and contact organization leaders for specific details about their plans.

The Khmer Student Association at The Ohio State University

Campus: Columbus
Status: Active - Established
Purpose Statement: The Khmer Student Association (KHSA) is a cultural, not for profit organization to enable and empower student leaders in a context of Cambodian identity and exploration. Its purpose shall be to provide a safe space for students of Khmer interest, in which they develop leadership and networking skills in a collegiate, professional, and cultural context. With consideration to the lack of Cambodian representation in academic institutions and the marginalization of Cambodian struggles among the APIDA communities and beyond, KHSA intends to provide a support system for students of Khmer interest to succeed academically. Students are encouraged and prepared to become tomorrow’s leaders, working professionals, and role models, to advance the Khmer community. KHSA is driven by three initiatives which reflect our past, present, and future: Khmer Culture, Community Engagement, and Professional Development. These three initiatives reflect in the three core values of the Khmer Student Association: Culture, Outreach, & Professional Development.
