Mortar Board is one of two senior honor societies at The Ohio State University, emphasizing its ties to scholarship, leadership and service. Mortar board was founded locally at Ohio State in 1914, and expanded to national chapters in 1918. With a large network of current students, alumni, and staff, Mortar Board offers a wide range of involvement and professional opportunities for all interested incoming seniors.
