What is Body Doubling? Workshop/Study Session

Date: Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Location: Suite 1000- Alonso Family Room at Buckeye Commons

Cost: Free

This session introduces body doubling, a powerful ADHD-friendly focus tool where individuals work in parallel alongside others. Part wellness workshop, part productive study hour. Bring a task you've been avoiding—reading, writing, emails, studying—and we will tackle them together in a calm, judgment-free space.

These sessions will bi-weekly every other Tuesday of the SP 26' semester in the Alonso Family Room located within Buckeye Commons in suite 1000 at the Ohio Union. If you have any questions, accessibility needs, or experience difficulty completing this form, please contact Madalyn Damron, at damron.102@osu.edu.
