Rise Above: Tools for Tough Times

Location: RPAC Meeting Room 1

Cost: Free

This program is focused on bringing awareness to a topic that is important to discuss with students. We want to provide our peers resources, tools and guidance that could assist in improving their mental health if need be. This program does have a trigger warning due to the topics being discussed; suicide and mental health.
