Is it Just Me? Examining the Loneliness Epidemic among Adults

During this presentation, we will discuss the common feeling and experience of loneliness that many of us experience during this wonderful (and challenging) academic journey as graduate/professional students. We will also identify coping skills and resources that can help you manage these feelings and support your well-being as graduate and professional students.
