DESCRIPTION:Cost: Free\nAdmission: \nTragic optimism is the opposite of to
xic positivity. Instead of ignoring "negative" emotions with unrelenting
optimism\, which can harm our mental health in the long run\, tragic opti
mism acknowledges that suffering is a part of the human experience. Howev
er\, we can still find hope and meaning even in the face of adversity. Ps
ychologist and Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl developed the concept of
tragic optimism and perceived it as a way for people to view life's barri
